You can usually pass on your new address or cancellation 3 months in advance, so make use of this extra time.

Feed-in compensation

If you generate much more electricity than you consume, you can return it to the energy supplier. This is also referred to as the 'feed-in fee'. The energy supplier then pays you for the kWhs submitted.
