These terms and conditions of use (“terms”), together with us privacy policy and us cookie policy show the correct terms of use of Leadfuel websites ('our website'). Use of this website refers to, but is not limited to, browsing, accessing, registering for use, and/or subscribing to any information or service offered.
Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before using our website. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you cannot use our website, which means you must leave the website immediately. By using our website you agree to our general terms and conditions and the other conditions mentioned (privacy policy & cookie policy) and you agree to comply with them in their entirety.
These general terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. By agreeing to these terms you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. In the event of a violation of these terms, we may take any consequences we deem appropriate.
Information on our website
We make every effort to display and update accurate and correct information on our website. However, we cannot always guarantee that the data is correct. Therefore, always use other sources to confirm the information provided and do not rely solely on the information you find on our website to base your decisions on. Requesting quotes
Our website allows users to find companies that offer a service they are looking for (request free, no obligation moving quotes). By submitting a quote request, the user and Leadfuel agree to the following:
- Leadfuel sends user contact details to up to 6 companies. These companies will contact the user themselves to send them a quote. The user will receive a confirmation email with the submitted data;
- Leadfuel will send an email confirmation to the various moving companies to which the data has been sent;
- Leadfuel also checks whether the user has received the requested quotes;
- The user can always give Leadfuel feedback about the services of the company he has used.
We never represent or warrant the suitability or quality of any company for general or specific purposes. Therefore, always research the company you want to work with in advance. This way you can ensure that the company passes the correct quality checks before contracts are concluded.
We are not a party to any agreements, arrangements or transactions between consumers seeking services and/or businesses and the businesses themselves. We are also not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, products or services of any company we propose.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a quote will always be offered to the customer or that we can find a suitable company for the customer to offer a quote.
Content Regulation
We give users and companies the opportunity to leave a review on our website (in the form of reviews and answers to such reviews). When a user decides to post a review of the experience with the chosen moving company, Leadfuel will always check this review for authenticity before posting it on our website. We will also link the review to the moving company to which the review refers.
The information we use to leave the review (name and email address) is never passed on to the moving company. The name can only be visible if the user chooses to do so. The data will then be published in a non-anonymous form.
After the review is published (or not published) the user will receive a confirmation email from Leadfuel. Also, another email may be sent asking for further verification.
Such assessments should:
- are accurate (when stating facts);
- are held honestly (when expressing opinions);
Reviews are not allowed:
- contain material that is defamatory of any person or entity;
- contain material that is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- promote sexually explicit material;
- promote violence;
- promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- infringe any copyright, database rights or trademarks of any other person;
- likely to deceive someone;
- be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
- promote illegal activities;
- threaten, abuse or invade the privacy of another, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
- harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person;
- be used to impersonate any person, or used to swap your identity or affiliation with another person;
- give the impression that they come from us when this is not the case;
- advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act.
Prohibited use
You may only use our site for legal purposes. You may not use this site:
