For Spartel Poets Walls, the m2 price is 14.00 euros per m2. This is because much more paint is used to get good coverage and because all walls have to be rolled and this takes a lot of time for a good end result.
Beams and ceilings must be covered with a surface x2 because more paint is used on them or if they have to be masked off, a lot of time and materials are used to mask them off.
2-3-4 COLORS OR MORE If you want the walls in a different color, we first spray the walls and the ceiling the next day. This costs 15.00 euros per m2. This is because it takes a lot of time due to masking off the walls and because we then have to come back the next day to spray the ceiling and tape all the walls first.
The 21% VAT scheme applies to new-build homes up to 2 years old. The 9% VAT scheme applies to homes older than 2 years.
