Voor de 2e keer met Vrolijk verhuisd, nu met team Joey en wederom een groot succes. Ze werken keihard en denken in oplossingen. Geen probleem gehad en zeer klantvriendelijk gehandeld. Super leuke en vrolijke kerels waar het plezier en professionaliteit van afspat. Voor iedereen aan te bevelen.

We moved a couple of days ago using their moving services, and overall we had a good experience. Here are some of my thoughts: - The crew was very friendly and warm. They engaged in small talk and made the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. - They were clearly very strong and physically fit, and they seemed experienced and professional in what they were doing. - The move went smoothly overall, and almost everything arrived safely. A few points that could have been better: - The initial quoted price was €585 for 2 movers for 3 hours, but they arrived with 3 movers and the job took about 4 hours. In the end we were asked to pay €748. - I had already wrapped most of the furniture myself. They only wrapped the TV and the washing machine and the mattress, so I expected the job might take less time. However, it still ended up taking around 4 hours. (how much it would have taken if they wrapped everything by themselves? ±6 hrs?) - Although the move generally went well, I later noticed that one of my plants was completely destroyed and a drawer handle was broken. This wasn’t mentioned during the move, which I found a bit unprofessional. I wouldn’t necessarily expect a fee reduction for that, but it would have been better if they had pointed it out. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service, but there were a few details that could have been handled more professionally.

Zeer tevreden over deze drie mannen. De verhuizing verliep van begin tot eind heel soepel. Ze gingen erg zorgvuldig om met onze spullen en alles werd netjes en veilig verhuisd. Daarnaast waren ze ook nog eens heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader!
