Vreselijk communicatieproces en reageert niet op feedback. Blijkbaar is het mijn schuld dat ik de zending nog niet heb ontvangen. In een stressvolle periode in iemands leven zouden ze een betere, stressvrije ervaring moeten bieden.

Medewerkers van AGS Nederland reageren niet. Ze hebben me de e-mail over mijn zending gestuurd en gevraagd om een formulier te ondertekenen en terug te sturen. Op het formulier staat mijn naam verkeerd en ik heb drie keer om een correctie gevraagd. Twee mensen reageren niet op de e-mail, zelfs niet na drie e-mails. De derde persoon heeft één keer gereageerd en de andere twee gevraagd te reageren, maar er is niets gebeurd. Zeer onprofessioneel.
