Home upholsterer Richard de Jager Home upholsterer is a sole proprietorship and I have been independently active in home upholstery and project upholstery since 2007. Before that, I worked as an employed home upholsterer for 9 years. I consciously made the choice to start my own business, so that I can plan and carry out my work with complete freedom. My working area is not only Tholen, but I provide my service in the entire southwest corner of the Netherlands (think of Zeeland and part of South Holland & North Brabant). You will receive personal advice at home, which is why I am not active throughout the Netherlands.
Specialization I specialize in stair coverings and installing floors. I guarantee my work and I always keep my agreements. Instead of being a price fighter, I am very focused on delivering quality. My vision is finishing down to the last detail. Because I work alone, I am very flexible and with a very personal approach I distinguish myself from the larger companies. For example, I am willing to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays where necessary.
I have a workshop in Tholen where I can enthusiastically show you a wide range of different materials, such as PVC, laminate, vinyl, carpet and much more. If necessary, I make everything to measure, such as carpets and window decorations. For carpets, I have two machines at my disposal for edge finishing. A choice can be made between banding and festooning.
I work for both companies and private individuals. Especially in the home furnishings sector, there are changes in fashion from time to time and everything seems to be becoming more and more trend-sensitive. I see it as my job to see through the eyes of my customers what does and does not suit the interior, so that together we create a beautiful interior that we can be proud of. That is ultimately what you do it all for as an independent entrepreneur!
