At Olde Olthof & Zn. We are proud of our expertise in laying floors. Our floors are always laid by ourselves, by father or son, which provides a personal touch and unparalleled quality. We only use the best materials and never skimp on cement or other additives. Whether you need a large or small finished floor, from bathrooms to complete ground floor floors, we can realize it for you.
Our approach is unique. For smaller floors, we take the ready-made floor mortar with us on a trailer, so we are not dependent on water or electricity on the construction site. For larger floors we have a special truck in which we carry all the necessary materials. Everything is mixed on site and the floor mortar is blown in using a hose and air pressure. After laying the floor, we tidy everything up and remove the waste.
We are located in Enschede and serve the entire region, including Oldenzaal, Hengelo, Delden and Borne. We work for contractors, subcontractors, self-employed people, SMEs and private individuals. Our customers appreciate us for our efficient working methods and minimal inconvenience.
