Growth in the 20th century From 1912 to the early 1980s, the moving company was located in the Amsterdam Pijp. Meanwhile, the third generation was busy working in the family business and the company was outgrowing their capacity. The location in the city center was exchanged for the new and more accessible Amsterdam South East. From that moment on, the business market became increasingly important and the range of services provided by Verhuisbedrijf Vlaming became more extensive and complex.
Modern times Ultimately, the branch in Amsterdam Zuidoost also became too small and the current location in Diemen, on the outskirts of Amsterdam, was chosen. A modern business building was developed in-house here and this location was put into use in 2003. Almost 10 years later, this place still meets all the requirements of today. The fleet no longer consists of a horse and cart, but consists of air-suspended trucks and a moving van with a truck-mounted crane. In addition, we have the most modern storage facility available on the market today.
