Van den Braber painting company was founded by Teun van den Braber (1900-1987). On May 1, 1930 he started his own painting company in Andijk. He had already been working as a painter for various bosses for some time. It became a one-man business. He went to the job on his bicycle with the paint pot on the handlebars and the ladder on his back.
