Founder Ko Smit started Smit Facilitair in 1993 for the cleaning and maintenance of floors. In the meantime, the second generation is at the helm, in the persons of brothers Arlan and Mark Smit. They focused on installing cast floors, with which they have developed into specialists. The activities expanded over the years, but the personal attention and love for the profession have remained.
