Since 1974, Bal Tussen Parket has been laying wooden floors throughout the country. In 1991, Joost Bal Tussen took over the company from his father Jan Bal Tussen and since then the family business has flourished like never before. It literally started from the trunk of his car. Jan Bal Tussen went to customers by car fully loaded with parquet. After his trunk, the floors were delivered from a garage and then came the first business premises.
Emiel Streutker, director of Parket Onderhoud Service, which merged with Bal Tussent Parket in 2014, received the confidence of both Joost and Jan in 2017 to take over Joost's shares and continue completely independently. The company will keep the same name and will continue in the same way as it is doing now.
