Coen Schiereck construction work and advice was founded on August 1, 1975, by the person mentioned in the name of the company, who is still the owner.
The company started as a carpentry company in a rented warehouse at Bredeweg 94 in Zevenhuizen and at the end of 1983 moved into its own building at Dorpsstraat 12 in Zevenhuizen, where it is still located today.
The founder initially had the idea of continuing to run the company alone, without employees, which he was able to maintain for seven years. It then grew to its current size of approximately 9 employees in the same period.
We have now been around for 44 years and the 2nd generation is involved in the company. Jeroen Schiereck, son of Coen, has become co-owner since 2007, and the legal form of the company has changed to a BV.
All in all, we are ready for another 40 years!
