Within the business market, we largely focus on carrying out Non-Planned Maintenance (NPO) for housing associations. This largely concerns repair and maintenance maintenance. In recent years, we have concluded contracts for this purpose with various corporations in the context of Chain Collaboration. In these agreements, a fair price, guaranteed quality, smooth communication and high customer satisfaction form the basis for us, and of course for our clients. We are good at this and together with our clients we are continuously working on further shaping and optimizing this collaboration. And: we find success!
As an extension of the NPO, we carry out projects within the Planned Maintenance (PO) of corporations, homeowners' associations and real estate companies. A different branch of sport, but we have also made our mark in this field. Private work and damage repair on behalf of insurers form the final links of our activities.
