Our company was started in October 2007 and since then has been almost continuously involved in work in new construction, conversion, renovation, etc. Almost all work on flat roofs can be carried out, but with tiled roofs we usually only work with lead and zinc work. In the event of leakage it is of course always possible to inspect the roof.
Maintenance work is also part of the activities within our company, which means that roofs and/or gutters are checked on a number of important points, such as checking whether the drains are still running properly, the roof covering is still good enough and penetrations, for example ventilation and central heating, are still in good condition.
Furthermore, there are also matters such as roof protection, because the client/owner is primarily liable for everything that happens on and around the construction, work such as permanent roof protection is installed, for example a cable system or separate eyes that are attached to the roof to which someone who goes on the roof can align themselves, especially in government buildings, public buildings and homeowners' associations, these types of systems are already often installed.
