Bouw en Aannemingsbedrijf Hooikaas was founded in 1917, which means we have been around for over 100 years. Our working area is mainly regional (generally between Gorinchem and Rotterdam), but of course we also work outside this working area.
We have our own production hall, where we, among other things, prefabricate roof structures, dormer windows and extensions and then install them on location. The advantage of this is that they are less affected by weather influences and the construction time on site is shorter.
We also renovate entire homes from top to bottom. This includes, for example; - new kitchen - new bathroom - new toilet - new wooden or plastic window frames - new ceilings - plasterwork - painting and painting - etc.
In addition to home extensions or renovations, we are also actively working on sustainability. We will then take care of, among other things: - floor insulation or a completely new insulated floor - facade insulation by means of cavity filling or insulating the outside and finishing with brick slips, plasterwork or facade cladding - roof insulation from the inside or outside. - solar panels - heat pumps and underfloor heating - heat boilers - infrared heating - air conditioning - etc.
