The company was founded in 1997 under the name Den Boer Goentechnologies and focused on landscaping. After a merger in 2005 with the tree care department of Kruiswijk CTO, the name was changed to Kruiswijk & Den Boer Groenprojecten. The merger has expanded the company to include tree care specialization. This merger allows the company to meet the client's wishes and offer a total package.
