Patrick has seen all facets of the mortgage industry. For example, he has provided mortgage advice, assessed mortgage applications and was an account manager for mortgage advice offices at a major lender.
In 2013, the era in which mortgage advisors were paid commission by the banks where they arranged mortgages ended. Because there was little movement in the market to obtain mortgage advice at a fair rate, Patrick decided to take matters into his own hands. When developing the unique HypotheekAdviesHuis formula, he based himself on three simple and self-evident points of attention: quality, affordability and fair products.
