As early as 1991, Mr. Co van Lemel had his own assembly company, called: 'Montagetechniek van Lemel'. The Sanitair & Tegelcentrum Soesterberg was founded in 1993. Due to enormous growth in the activities, Van Lemel took over the company Sanitair & Tegelcentrum Soesterberg in 1995.
In the same year, the two sons of the lord of Lemel entered service. Raymond van Lemel came to work in assembly and Patrick van Lemel in sales.
A year later in 1996, Van Lemel senior started another company, namely Tegel Projecten Soesterberg, or T.P.S. Since March 2003, approximately 10 years after the official establishment of Sanitair & Tegelcentrum Soesterberg, both sons have become co-owners.
In 2022, with 10 permanent employees, Sanitair & Tegelcentrum Soesterberg has grown into a specialized and well-established family business. The important properties are: good quality, flexibility and very pleasant treatment.
