Since 1994, advising and mediating on mortgage applications has been part of Tuls Financial Services, our insurance and administration office. Because there was an increasing demand for taking out mortgages, we decided in 2016 to establish Hypotheek Consultancy Nederland (HCN). HCN focuses on mortgage advice and mediation, refinancing and interest rate averaging. This specialization allows us to help you even better in your search and advice for the right financing for your dream home. We do this work from a Christian vision, in which independence, honesty, transparency and reliability are of paramount importance to us.
