Elka construction focuses on individual housing construction, mainly new construction, but also extensions, conversions and renovation.
It was started from our own need for high-quality contractors for a project development with a large construction volume. We then (2002) started as a contractor ourselves based on the belief that if we do everything right, the average construction time can be reduced by 70% and construction costs by 30%. We are not there yet because it involves an education process for all suppliers we work with. We think we are already on the right track.
