From its founding in 2001, Allure Bouw opted for an innovative way of building. With the concrete prefab system we were already way ahead of our time! And because we have further developed the method over all these years, every shell is rock solid. This hull is made, or prefabricated, in our own factory under ideal and conditioned conditions. Installing the shell elements takes approximately two working days. The total construction time is on average only fourteen weeks.
We carry out almost every part of the construction process in-house. And that is where Allure Bouw is unique. For example, you can count on our own architects from the very first sketch. During the entire process, we work exclusively with our own people or – if necessary – with our permanent subcontractors. We apply for the environmental permit for you, prepare the construction and take care of the actual construction and - if desired - finishing of your home.
