The passion for building was passed on in the Gooiker family from father to son. In 2008 it was a fervent wish that came true, when father Theo and son Edwin together Gooiker Bouwt! started. “It is a dream to be able to share your greatest passion with your father,” says Edwin. After completing many jobs together, father Theo died suddenly in 2011. Edwin: “But he lives on at the construction site. From childhood he has taught me so much knowledge, skill and passion. And I still use that every day.”
