De Dakencentrale started on February 8, 1999 as a V.O.F. by Roy Tuin and John Kolner, both of whom had been active in both theoretical and practical fields in the roofing industry for many years before the creation of De Dakencentrale.
The legal form was changed to a B.V. in 2000. After starting with just the two of us, the company has now grown to a total of nine employees.
