As an HR advisor at oke Groep you are responsible for drawing up, applying and implementing the HR policy. You ensure up-to-date and complete personnel files and keep track of developments and legislation in the HR field within the various collective labor agreements of the organization. You also advise and support management and directors on all ongoing and current HR matters.
