A small contractor where craftsmanship is of paramount importance. Together with permanent subcontractors, we realize an affordable, personal and efficient way of building.
We mainly work on a cost-plus basis (on an hourly basis) with a clear target price that is discussed with you both in writing and verbally. This gives you a clear overview and allows you to control any changes yourself.
We are also equipped with our own complete construction site equipment. Such as; construction fences, steel scaffolding, storage containers, shed chain with toilet, various trailers including a closed trailer with awning with the option of tent extension for providing a covered workshop, construction lifts, aluminum walkways, concrete mixers, water saws, trench saws, and many other tools. A small fee is charged for this.
We also have continuous CAR insurance.
