Van Maanen Bouw en Machinale Timmerwerken is a small but dynamic construction and contracting company with a rich history dating back to 1974. Our founder, Henk van Maanen, started making window frames in a stable, but through steady growth and expansion, we have developed into a full-fledged construction company.
Our current owner, Ies, has had a passion for construction from an early age. After studying at the MTS and HTS, and obtaining various certificates, he took over the company from his father in 2006. One of our unique features is that Ies, as owner, actively cooperates with the customer. This ensures short lines of communication and a direct relationship with the customer, which is highly appreciated by our customers.
We mainly focus on the private market, but we also do project development. Whether it concerns new construction, extensions and renovations, maintenance and renovation work, or the installation of prefab dormer windows, we always deliver high-quality work. We can also take care of drawing work and applying for building permits for you.
