Why are we sustainable?
o Use of bitumen roofing with a KOMO certification with a minimum lifespan of 20 years.
o Applying bitumen roofing that consists of recycled raw materials.
o Apply PIR insulation to residential roofs, reducing CO2.
o Recycle bitumen cutting waste. This is used to make new bitumen roofing.
o No more use of lead by the end of June 2022. This is replaced by a lead substitute so as not to pollute the groundwater.
o Applying sedum roofs to prevent flooding.
