From 05-04-2023 we can perform a leak detection on your roof. We can carry out a leak detection investigation for you to determine the cause and location of the leak. For this we use various smoking techniques and UV dye testing. We do this without any cutting or breaking work and with modern, advanced equipment.
The costs for a leak detection investigation are €375.00 excluding VAT. This also applies if multiple places within a home need to be examined. This includes call-out costs, inspector costs and use of equipment. You will also receive an extensive digital report describing the cause of the leak. This also indicates exactly what may need to be repaired/replaced to resolve the leak. This allows a targeted repair to take place, thereby preventing unnecessary repairs and cutting and breaking work. is often reimbursed by insurance companies
