How did it actually start? Willem Italiaander started as a self-employed pest controller in 1955. In the state mines of Heerlen there was a need for someone who could ensure that mice did not eat away all the bread from all the hard-working men underground. The foundation was then laid by Willem Italiaander.
After hard work, Willem decided to transfer his then small business to his son Karel. Karel started the company Disinfection Company Italiaander. Nowadays a household name in South Limburg.
Karel started to further expand the company in 1979. After many years in pest control, he expanded his business in 1985 to include cleaning and clearing heavily polluted homes. Everyone knew where to find Karel for all kinds of jobs that other people did not want to do.
Nowadays we do more than pest control.
