After completing my HBO education in construction, I have been working in the construction industry for over 25 years.
With my experience I have developed into an all-round construction professional who can be widely deployed. On the one hand, my experience in managing construction projects (and the company), and on the other hand, my knowledge in directing, coordinating and leading construction team(s) and associated implementation processes, with extensive knowledge of technology and the various construction methods. Has the ability to organize, coordinate, plan and implement processes and projects from design to aftercare.
My activities consist of:
Advice on design or construction plans
Provide design and specifications drawings
Providing construction data (calculations and drawings)
Submitting a building application
Supervising and implementing a complete construction plan (pricing, planning, quote request and comparison, coordination, agreements and management of subcontractors)
Realizing: new construction, renovation, extension, renovation, etc. up to and including delivery and aftercare
Thinking along with clients and providing advice where necessary and proposing solutions in which quality and cost control are central. Also to supervise, carry out and deliver the construction to the full satisfaction of the client. In order to take care of the entire construction process and the associated construction problems for clients.
In short, coordinating and supervising the construction process from A to Z for private individuals and business customers.
Also available on an interim/freelance basis for management and supervision of construction projects.
