To our surprise, we encounter customers almost every day who have leaks (sometimes it rains harder inside than outside) in their roof and the roof covering is often only a few years old and these people have only received a 2 or 3 year warranty or the company that installed it simply no longer shows up, often this concerns a bituminous or E.P.D.M covering that should last much longer but the processing of which has simply been poor.
