And when ultimately the form of your mortgage has been determined, the bank that will provide it and the interest rate type, only then will we request your quote from the bank of your choice. Naturally, you can expect us to carefully check the quotation for accuracy, because with your signature you enter into a long-term obligation. If the quotation is correct, we will arrange the entire flow of forms, up to and including the valuation. And if a mortgage guarantee is possible, you can expect us to supervise this too.
Notary And then comes the moment when the bank finally makes the money available. The deeds are available for signature at the notary of your choice. It will no longer surprise you that we also check the mortgage deed. Is it the correct interest rate? The right fixed interest period? The right penalty-free repayment? In short, does the deed fully correspond to what you signed earlier in the quotation?
