How does latex spray work? What exactly is latex spray? Latex spraying is the airless (no added air) spraying of wall paint using a spray gun under high pressure. Thanks to this technique, the latex is applied evenly and a large surface area can be reached in a fraction of the time spent rolling. Latex spray under high pressure The latex is sucked from the barrel and brought to high pressure by the compressor. The amount of pressure varies from 160 to 180 bar.
Airless Latex Spray System (Wall Paint) is a professional paint spray system for mechanically spraying latex on walls and ceilings. The airless paint sprayer pumps latex wall paint from the material container at an average pressure of 170 bar. In our case, the latex was pulled directly from the barrel. The latex is pumped under high pressure through a hose to a spray nozzle, which is then atomized with a spray nozzle. No air is added during this process.
