Second date with your advisor You sit down with your advisor for the second time for an extensive analysis and to discuss any questions you may have. The moment has arrived; we are going to make a final choice! We will then request a mortgage quote for you, a possible bank guarantee, valuation or structural inspection. We prepare the quotation and possible insurances. Of course we won't lose sight of you for a moment; we will keep you informed!
A beautiful moment! The quotation has been received! We check this carefully. Your advisor will be happy to receive you again at the office or another location of your choice to discuss the advice, quotation(s) and next steps. Only when we are sure that everything is clear and the quotation is correct, will we continue with the mortgage process.
Sit back Your advisor will send the quote and signed application forms to the mortgage provider. In addition, all necessary documents are collected, checked and forwarded. Sit back and relax! Our advisor will keep in touch with the mortgage provider and will of course keep you informed.
The time has come; your dream house! Get the champagne cold! If there is a mortgage deed, we will of course check it carefully, as well as the notary's settlement.
We don't forget you! You have signed at the notary and everything is finalized. Do you like your dream house or are you doing a lot of work? Within 3 months after the mediation of your mortgage, we will check whether everything is going as planned.
