The extension is professionally equipped with electricity, gas and water supplies (according to NEN standards). When it comes to frame work, we mainly install hardwood, but aluminum or plastic is also possible. We install the best insulating HR++ double glazing, which allows you to save extra energy.
An extension with a depth of up to 2.50 m does not require a permit. From a depth of 2.50 m you do need a (light) building permit. We are happy to help you apply for and obtain the permit. Fokker VOF can take care of the project from design phase to delivery.
