We are open about the work and costs: we tell you honestly what is and is not possible. You have one point of contact throughout the entire process. We also take you into account as much as possible in our work. This means only going home when the workplace is tidy and, if desired, working longer on Friday, so that we do not have to come back for a last hour on Monday.
