Since that time, the company has characterized itself by delivering conventional and solid construction. In all these years, construction company Kleinhuis has remained small in terms of company size and therefore flexible. Short lines of communication with the customer is the strength of the company.
The working area of construction company Kleinhuis is not limited to new construction. Conversion and renovation are also among the disciplines. The Northern Netherlands is the region in which Bouwbedrijf Kleinhuis is active.
Bouwbedrijf Kleinhuis is not a serial builder, but distinguishes itself by building traditionally and often under architecture. That is why the houses will never be 13 out of a dozen. All homes are built according to a tailor-made plan and of course entirely according to the requirements and wishes of the client.
