Upon completion of a new construction or renovation, I thoroughly check the home and note any shortcomings in a report, so that the contractor can repair these points.
When purchasing a home, I can advise you on the condition of the home and what needs to be done to renovate the home. I can also assist you with maintenance questions, such as replacing window frames or creating more space.
